"Being Asian in the UK"
My proudest work has been a solo episode I recorded called, "Being Asian in the UK", along with an Instagram Reel I created to accompany it. I talk about racism and stereotypes I have received living in the UK and what that felt like. For the Reel, I "walked" the viewer through places I have experienced hate crimes, and recorded how each instance played out for an engaging yet impactful video.
It is my way of processing and coping with experiences that make me feel powerless. I take back my power by talking about them.
